WHAT TO EXPECT FROM THERAPY?

Therapy is designed to assist individuals in managing emotions and releasing energy blocks stemming from challenges such as abuse, neglect, trauma, relationship issues, and grief. Utilizing Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), and Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) exposure therapy, I address emotional pain associated with negative thoughts, feelings, and emotions through positive affirmations and tapping interventions.

WHAT IS ENERGY HEALING?

Our energetic bodies are interconnected with our physical well-being. The traumas we carry impact our energy systems (chakras), influencing physical, emotional, and psychological aspects. Energy healing aims to restore the balance of energy, promoting overall well-being by addressing disturbances caused by traumas, toxins, stress, and muscular constrictions.

 

HOW TO FOCUS ON SOLUTIONS? 

Solution-Focused Brief Therapy emphasizes solution-building over problem-solving, encouraging you as the creator of your life to explore what is working well and envision a positive future. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy reframes thought patterns to positively impact emotions and behaviors. Shifting perspectives to focus on strengths, resources, and desires is crucial for exploring potential solutions.

HOW TO LIBERATE FEELINGS?

Identifying and clearing negative emotions hindering evolution and healing is achieved through EFT. This emotional acupuncture technique addresses emotional issues linked to physical ailments, promoting both physical and emotional well-being.

 

CAN I LEARN TO HELP HEAL MYSELF?

Absolutely. Energy flow blockages can be addressed through EFT, a simple yet effective method involving gentle tapping on acupressure points. The goal is to empower you with the knowledge to conduct tapping techniques on yourself at any time.

I currently accept clients insured with various providers, including Aetna, Blue Cross/Blue Shield, Cigna, and others. For self-pay clients without insurance, a sliding scale of fees is available. Accepted payment methods include Visa, Mastercard, Discover, PayPal, Venmo, Zelle, CashApp, or cash payments.
