WHAT TO EXPECT FROM THERAPY
Therapy is a supportive space to better understand yourself, process emotions, strengthen coping skills, and navigate life’s challenges with greater clarity and confidence. My approach is warm, collaborative, and personalized to your unique needs and goals.
I integrate evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, mindfulness-based strategies, and Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT/Tapping) to support emotional wellness, stress reduction, nervous system regulation, and personal growth.
Together, we work toward creating healthier patterns, improving emotional balance, strengthening relationships, and helping you feel more grounded and connected in your everyday life.
MIND-BODY WELLNESS & EFT TAPPING
Emotional stress can impact both the mind and body. EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique), also known as tapping, is a mind-body wellness tool that combines elements of psychology and acupressure to help reduce stress, anxiety, emotional overwhelm, and physical tension.
By gently tapping on specific acupressure points while focusing on thoughts, emotions, or experiences, individuals may experience greater emotional regulation, relaxation, self-awareness, and nervous system support.
EFT/Tapping is often used as a complementary wellness practice alongside psychotherapy and coping strategies to support emotional well-being.

Absolutely. Part of the therapeutic process is helping you build insight, emotional awareness, and practical tools you can continue using outside of sessions. My goal is to empower you with strategies that support long-term emotional wellness, resilience, and self-care in your everyday life.

I currently accept clients with various insurance providers as well as self-pay clients. Virtual and in-person services are available depending on location and availability.
